About us . . .
Many
of the WELS congregations in the Wisconsin Lutheran High School
Conference own and operate a Lutheran elementary school. The
Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) has a long history
of providing quality Christian education at the elementary
level.
Each and every WELS congregation/school and its members are
united in faith and in the desire to share the message of
salvation found through Jesus Christ.
The thirty-two Lutheran elementary schools associated with WLHS
served almost 4000 students in grades K-8 in 2006. WELS
elementary schools can be found throughout the Metropolitan
