Career Exploration Night and PSAT Results

On Wednesday evening, January 25, 2017, from 6:30-8:00 p.m., you are invited to Career Exploration Night at Wisconsin Lutheran High School in the cafeteria and lower lobby. This night is especially beneficial for sophomores and juniors who can speak with actual professionals in the careers that are of interest to them. All students and parents are invited to attend.
There will also be representatives from WLC to discuss the new Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) regulations, as well as college representatives from WCTC, MATC, MLC, UW universities, and MSOE. Officers from the varying branches of the military along with Marquette's ROTC program will also be on hand to answer questions and provide information.  Financial aid officers will help with understanding how to pay for college.

PSAT results for juniors that took the test last October will be available at 6:45 p.m. in Room 145. This was a voluntary test taken by juniors that are four-year college bound. This test gives them experience in writing college entrance exams and establishes eligibility for National Merit Scholarships. Mr. Schumacher will be available to briefly explain the test result implications.
