Mr. Sebald's Chemistry Classes
We will be going outside briefly TODAY. Bring a jacket if you need one.
Winter Festival Tickets
Dance tickets will be on sale today during Lunch in the Cafeteria book store for $9.00, they will also be on sale after school until 3:30 PM. Don't miss your opportunity to showcase your dance moves on the new stage. Every 30 minutes a new bunch of dancers will take center stage. Be there.
Dance ID
All students need a current school ID to get in to the dance. If you need to buy a new ID, see Mrs. Schumacher in the Stewards Lab before 8th period TODAY. Cost of a new ID is $5.
Pep Rally Schedule
The Festival Pep Rally will be held TODAY (Friday) at 2:15 PM. We will be following the Pep Rally (Afternoon Assembly) Schedule found on page 10 in the student planner. Schedules are posted around the building.
Students
Don't forget your picture order forms for the dance Saturday night. If you still would like a picture order form, you can pick one up from the receptionist. Bring your money for a button or spot on the yearbook spread if you like. The photographer will be in the upper lobby for the first hour of the dance.
AOC Will Again Sell Bagels During Commons.
Sorry we ran out on Wednesday. There is a fresh supply with delicious cream cheese spread available for $1.00. Cookies are also available in the afternoon 3 for $1.00.
Robotic News
The Robotics team will compete TOMORROW (Saturday) in the UW Milwaukee Student Union Ballroom (2200 N. Kenwood Blvd). The Qualifications are from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm with the Finals to follow. We have 3 entries this year. Stop in and check out the competition and the campus which many of our graduates will attend. The event is free. Street parking is free after 12 noon.

Photographer at Festival Dance
Students – there will be a professional photographer at the beginning of the Festival Dance in the upper lobby. Those students who expressed interest, you have your order envelope in TODAY'S homeroom envelope. If any other students would like one of these order envelopes, please see the receptionist. If you wish to have a button only, bring your $5.00 to the dance. For a picture on the yearbook Hollywood spread bring your $3.00 to the dance.

Boys Basketball News
The boys basketball team moved to 8-1 in conference with a 62-45 win at West Bend East. The guys held the Suns to just 3 field goals in the second half and none in the 4th quarter. Emilio Lopez had 13 points and 7 rebounds, Deiondre Cunningham had 12 points and 4 assists, and Chris Golden had 17 points to lead the team. Thanks to the fans who made the trip out to West Bend! We'll see you Friday at the Festival game.

Just in time for Festival Week, the new WISCO Scarves have arrived in the School Store. These scarves are a perfect complement to the Beanies. The scarves are also priced right at just $10. This will also be the last week to buy one of the old-school basketball uniforms and warm-ups. Why not pick them up while buying your dance tickets from the School Store? The School Store is open before school and during lunch.

Boys Basketball News
The boys basketball team moved into sole possession of 1st place in the conference with a 63-55 win over Beaver Dam (ranked #3 in the state in Division 2). The boys led by 18 points with 2 and
a half minutes left. Emilio Lopez scored 10 points and played great defense on the Beavers' leading scorer, Chris Golden scored 19 points, and Deiondre Cunningham scored 13 points, grabbed 9 rebounds, and handed out 8 assists. Thanks to the outstanding student section that came out on Friday night-we look forward to seeing you again this Friday for the Festival game!

Attention Student Council Members
There will be a meeting held during Period 5A TODAY (Friday) in the auditorium. It is really important that everyone comes because this will be one of the last meetings before Festival. Everyone should go to the meeting during 5A, and go to 2 nd lunch. Please excuse yourself with your 5 th hour teachers.
Pep Rally Decorations
All students – come to the Science Hall outside of Mr. Festerling's classroom TODAY (Friday) after school to work on your class decorations for the pep rally. Get creative and maybe your class will have the best decoration in the gym.
Seniors – Festival Dance Guest Forms
Guest dance forms are available at the reception desk for seniors who want to bring an outside date to the Festival Dance. Forms must be returned to the Central Office no later than Wed. February 1.
Late Start Day – Monday, Jan. 30
Just a reminder that MONDAY is a Late Start Day – period 1 will begin at 8:29 A.M. The faculty meeting will be held at 7:00 A.M. in the Library.

Boys Basketball News
The boys basketball team takes on Beaver Dam TONIGHT in a showdown for 1 st place in the conference! Come out and help the guys get the inside track towards another conference title. Game time is 7:30 PM - let's pack the gym and send Beaver Dam home in second place! If you can't make the game, it will be broadcast on the radio by ESPN Milwaukee, AM 540.
