WLHS Grant and
Aid Program
for Tuition Assistance
Information regarding tuition
assistance grants
The Wisconsin Lutheran High School Conference
recognizes that funding a child’s Christian
secondary education can be a challenge. The
WLHS Grant and Aid Program
is designed to
enable parents to meet the cost of this precious Christ-centered
training for their youth.
In order to assess the needs of all the families applying for a
WLHS Tuition Assistance Grant in a fair and equitable way, the
WLHS Conference has contracted with
FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment
Service.
The
FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment Service
has assisted nearly 1,000 private and faith-based
schools manage their tuition aid programs for more than 15
years. This assessment service will help the WLHS Grant & Aid
Committee allocate funds to the families that are most in need.
It also offers our parents a convenient, confidential way to
apply for this financial aid in that families may choose to
apply online at
www.factstuitionaid.com.
Applying online is the fastest and most direct method of
submitting your application.
Please note:
The WLHS Grant & Aid
Committee will continue to be the ultimate decision maker, but
their decisions will be based on the information that parents
provide to FACTS.
Grants for tuition assistance are determined on the basis of
financial need and the funds available for this program. Special
consideration will be given to cases of exceptional need.
Applications for
the 2008-2009 school year are now available in the WLHS Central
Office. If you currently receive tuition assistance you must
re-apply EVERY year.
