  • Advanced Studies for WLHS Students

    WLHS participates in the national College Board Advanced Placement Program. These courses align to rigorous, college-level, standards set by the College Board and are taught by our faculty. AP courses prepare students to take a subject specific exam and potentially earn college credit in selected academic areas. AP courses have a heavier work load and are more time-consuming than most other courses in the same discipline. AP students are encouraged to take the corresponding national exam the following spring at an approximate cost of $95 per exam.

  • Youth Apprenticeship Program

    The State of Wisconsin’s Department of Workforce Development Youth Apprenticeship program integrates school-based and work-based learning to instruct students in real-world on-the-job skills defined by Wisconsin industries. Areas of youth apprenticeship include STEM, manufacturing, architecture and construction, finance, and health science. Interested students should contact their school counselor for more information. Student applications must be approved by Student Services.
  • Early College Credit Program

  • Project Lead the Way

    WLHS is proud to offer Project Lead the Way©, a demanding engineering based program. Project Lead the Way was designed to address the shortage of engineers in the United States. Students who participate in Wisconsin Lutheran High School’s four-year program will be prepared for the strenuous science and engineering classes offered at the best colleges and universities.

    Classes included in the Project Lead the Way tract are: 
    • Introduction to Engineering Design
    • Principles of Engineering
    • Computer Science Principles
    • Engineering Design and Development
  • Fine Arts

    51% of the WLHS student body participates in fine arts, including choir, band, and much more. With 17 different ensembles, there are multiple opportunities for students to use their God-given talents. Click here for more information about our Fine Arts program,
