    It is our honor to contribute to WLHS as Wisco Champions. As a student (Victor) I think of the staff and my classmates during all of these years and how they pointed me to remain focused on my one true friend, Jesus. Wisco set the stage through four unforgettable years founded and grounded in the Savior. That's what makes Wisco tick. That may not have seemed important when I was a student, but now as an adult I appreciate that foundational truth that Jesus walks with us every step of the way until we reach eternity!

    The featured Wisco Champion for May 2020, is Saynousone "Sy" Vanissaveth ('99).

    Reflecting on where I am now, I look back to the foundations that brought me here. I know that I would not be where I am without my Savior. It’s a miracle that God brought me into His family as an immigrant from Laos without any knowledge of Him, and a part of that miracle is moving my parents to send me to Wisco. Not only did I receive an excellent education that challenged and pushed me to be better, I also received a strong foundation for my faith that continued to grow through hearing, studying, and living God’s Word, and that kept me close to Him and trust Him during the toughest times.
