Wisco Student Receives Naval Award

Congratulations to Wisco student, Zachary Baltutis ('20), a senior member of the local U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps in Milwaukee. Zachary recently received the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Naval Sea Cadet Award, given only once a year, for outstanding cadet in his unit.
