  • Tuition and Fees

    The total for the 2018-19 school year will be $33,800. This includes the enrollment fee, tuition, health insurance, on-campus housing, and meals. All figures are subject to change. Students should plan for a 5 to 10 percent annual increase for all costs.

    Tuition for international students includes an International Student Program staff for academic and social support, English language support, academic tutorial, on-campus advocacy, a student mentor program, a Chromebook and online learning course management program, a full schedule of courses, daily lunch, all books and class fees, a yearbook, a locker, and the required physical education uniform.
  • Payment Procedures

    The $200 non-refundable registration fee must be included with the admission application form. Upon receiving the acceptance letter by email, the family must pay a $4,000 enrollment deposit to hold the student’s place in the enrollment. The remaining fee of $29,800 must be paid in full by July 31. Once the student is enrolled at WLHS, the tuition becomes non-refundable. For online payments, click here.

    In the event the student visa is denied, any tuition or residence fees already paid will be refunded. The application fee and enrollment fee are non-refundable. (Exception: enrollment fee will be refunded with proper evidence showing proof of visa denial.) 
  • Program Fees Include

    • Transportation to/from airport to school at the beginning and end of the school year
    • Arrange for ESL or some other comparable program or method for getting international students proficient in English as soon as possible
    • An international student house to live in and supervisory house parents 
    • No-cost student medical insurance plan
    • Three meals during the week and brunch and dinner on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays
    • All books, gym uniforms and music lessons (if desired)
    • Arrange for occasional field trips and excursions for student enrichment
  • School Vacations/Residence Closing

    The residence will be closed for the two-week vacation at Christmas and one-week Spring Break. Some students visit home. If the student wishes, a homestay is available for those vacations. The school will assist in arranging this for a fee of $500 for the two-week Christmas break and $250 for the one-week spring break. 

    Please note: This fee is not included in the tuition and program fees.
