College Possible Partners with WLHS

College Possible is an organization that assists 1st generation college bound students who have economic need and meet other requirements with training and support in working through the college admission process. We are excited that College Possible is back for its second year now serving 40 of our junior and senior students! Eligible students commit to two hours of after school programming twice a week during their junior and senior years—a total of more than 320 hours of training and coaching. The curriculum is interactive, and the whole experience has a proven record of moving high school students into college where the support stays with them until graduation. Last year's junior cohort showed significant progress with over 3 points growth on the ACT by the end of the school year!
