Welcome Mr. Doug Carter

Mr. Carter is the new Director of Residential Life. He oversees the international and domestic students who live on campus. He recently served as the Associate Pastor at St. John in Watertown. He and his daughter Julie (11 years) are members at Zion, Harland. Mr. Carter enjoys going to Milwaukee festivals and museums, traveling, hiking, biking and watching movies.
