New and Transfer Students Can Apply Now for the 2019-2020 School Year

Applications for new or transfer students are available on the WLHS website now. All new or transfer applications must be submitted online using a parent email address. Click here for more information and to begin the application process.  Please note that there is no entrance exam required. Current students do not need to reapply at this time.

Within two weeks of submitting an application for admissions 9th grade applicants must submit the following academic records to the WLHS Guidance Office to continue the admissions process:
  • Final 7th grade report card 
  • Most recent 8th grade report card (if available) 
  • Standardized test scores from 7th and/or 8th grade (MAPs Test, ACT Aspire, etc.) 
  • Freshman Placement Form (final page of this document) 
10th grade applicants and older must submit the following academic records to the WLHS Guidance Office to continue the admissions process: 
  • Most recent high school report card and transcript 
  • All school testing data (standardized test scores)
  • Up-to-date attendance and behavior record 
These items can be: 
  • Uploaded electronically to the online application for admissions, or 
  • Emailed to records@wlhs.org, or 
  • Dropped off in person in the WLHS Guidance Office, or 
  • Mailed to: Wisconsin Lutheran High School, Guidance Office, 330 N. Glenview Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53213 
No application for admissions will be processed until all academic records are received. Within 7-10 school days of the academic records being received at WLHS, the WLHS Director of Guidance will review these records and an initial enrollment placement will be made and communicated via email to the primary parent’s email address. If you have questions, please contact the Director of Admissions, Brad Wetzel, at 414-453-4567 ext. 1322 or e-mail brad.wetzel@wlhs.org.
