Meet Your Teacher Night and Naviance Seminar - September 4
Parents, mark your calendars for two important Guidance information opportunities. On Wednesday, September 4, Meet Your Teacher Night and a Naviance seminar will be held. First, the Guidance Office will be introducing parents to our post-high school planning program called Naviance seminar beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium. The presentation will conclude by 7:00 p.m. so that parents can participate in Meet Your Teacher Night.
Naviance Student is a comprehensive website that you and your student can use to make plans about colleges, and careers. This presentation is recommended strongly for parents of junior and senior students, but open to all.
Meet Your Teacher Night gives parents a chance to walk their child's schedule and get an overview of the classes their student is taking.
A shortened version of the Naviance presentation will also be repeated in the auditorium during every period. Parents are welcome to visit the auditorium during a commons or study hall period listed on your student's schedule.
