Vikings Down West Allis Central
The Wisco basketball team knocked off the defending Woodland West champions with an 83-76 home win over West Allis Central on Tuesday night. The Vikings overcame a nine-point deficit in the first half and lead 42-34 at halftime.
Five Vikings scored in double figures in the victory. Prentice Young led the team with 20 points, including a 10-13 effort at the free throw line. Tyrese England added 17 points and five rebounds, Isaish Hopf scored 15 points, and Jordan Glenn and Landon Key each added 10 key points off the bench. Amari George pulled down eight rebounds and took two charges.
