Quarantine Olympics
When the WIAA spring sports season was officially canceled, Coach Lueck regrouped his distance runners and refocused them on what the future may still hold, reminding them of Jesus' Easter victory that is ours day after day. Part of his team's refocus plan included a four-week running schedule, which became the Quarantine Olympics. Coach Hernandez offered the team an extra challenge, encouraging the team to write a four line poem incorporating running and the current novel coronavirus crisis. Here's what the team came up with:
