2020 Fall Drama Production

COVID mitigation measures have altered, but not canceled, our fall drama plans. This year our students will perform two, one-act plays the weekend of December 11-13. Drop Dead, Juliet! and The Seussificaton of Romeo and Juliet will be on our playbill. The productions will be shorter in length and will perform before limited audiences. Drop Dead Juliet!
Juliet has had enough! Enough with the poison, enough with the stabbing, and especially enough with the dying. She wants a new story and she wants it now. More parts for girls! More romance! Less death! Romeo and Juliet will never be the same — or will it? Not everyone's so keen on the changes.

The Seussification of Romeo and Juliet

A whimsical reinvention of Shakespeare's tragic love story, complete with rhymed couplets, creative wordplay, and fantastical machines — similar to something Dr. Seuss might have come up with if he ever had his way with the script . . .
