Welcome to Our New International Students!
We are thrilled to welcome 28 new international students to WLHS to start the Fall 2021 Semester! This year, there are 19 nationalities represented in our Honey Creek Hall dormitory. For the first time we welcome students from Cameroon, Poland, and the United Kingdom.
These new countries represented by our new students will have their national flags added in our school’s atrium, alongside the flags representing all the other countries our school has been blessed to have in our student body in recent years.
Our international and residential students have completed orientation and their first few days of school already. During orientation they enjoyed a tour of Milwaukee, the Wisconsin State Fair, activities with their American Student Mentors, bonfire and games at the dorm, and many important presentations to help them succeed in their new environment.
