WLHS Welcomes Back Mrs. Lisa Rouse

Mrs. Lisa Rouse (’02) is teaching English Foundations. She has strong ties to Wisco as an alum and daughter of Roger and MiMi Festerling, former biology teacher and school counselor respectively. Mrs. Rouse comes to WLHS from St. Marcus Lutheran School where she served as Director of Kindergarten and Primary Grades (2017-21) at the North Campus, and was a Title 1 Reading Teacher (2010-17) as well as a third grade teacher (2006-10).  Mrs. Rouse has a Masters in Reading from Concordia University – Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Wisconsin Lutheran College. She and her husband, Robert (’02), are busy parents of Hayden (12), Collin (9), Luella (7) and Willa (2). The Rouse family worships at Christ the Lord, Brookfield, where their school-aged children also attend school. During Mrs. Rouse's spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball, piano, baking, and making crafts.
