Blessing of the Flag Ceremony
WLHS held a blessing of the flag ceremony during chapel last Wednesday, February 16. Our international student from Iran carried her home country's flag, which WLHS Conference President, Rev. Dr. Ken Fisher, blessed. The student, who transferred to Wisco at the beginning of this semester, is the first student from Iran to attend our school.
We now have 45 flags hanging in our atrium. These flags represent the countries of origin from our past and present student body and international students. They remind us that we are a Great Commission school. To God be the glory!
