Glenn to Receive Perseverance Award
The Milwaukee Bucks, in cooperation with the Wisconsin Athletic Directors Association and Safe Sport Zone, have announced the recipients of the 2021 "Perseverance Awards." Wisco is grateful to share that senior Jordan Glenn was one of seven to receive this award! Perseverance Awards are given to senior student athletes who have overcome adversity (physical, emotional, personal) to compete and or excel in interscholastic sports. A virtual ceremony will be held on Friday, April 8, at 10:00 a.m. for the winners. Wisco will have a small gathering in the Director's Conference Room for the ceremony.
In 2021, Jordan collapsed during a game at Menomonee Falls High School as he was suffering from cardiac arrest. With medical assistance and clearance from doctors, Jordan was able to participate on the 2021-22 boys varsity basketball team.
