Welcome Mr. Maertz

Mr. Ryan Maertz recently joined the Wisco family as a student teacher in the science department, specifically biology and chemistry. He grew up in Watertown and Rapid City, South Dakota, and now is a senior at Martin Luther College (New Ulm, Minn.). Beyond the classroom, Mr. Maertz is helping coach the distance runners on the boys track team. When asked about his time and experience at Wisco, he said "Wisco has been awesome so far. I've gotten to know many students as they dissect fish for Biology. The school's unique culture is something that I have never experienced before. I already know that my time at Wisco will be a great blessing to me as I enter the public ministry. I look forward to continuing to grow as a teacher and servant of Christ during the rest of my time here."
