Financing Options for College

Last week seniors were presented information from College Possible on the different methods to pay for college. Grants, loans, scholarships and the FAFSA form were discussed. Sample financial aid letters were also reviewed. Last, we discussed how May 1 is typically known as "Decision Day" for college admissions. Most schools will ask students to notify them of their decision to accept or deny their offer of admission. There is still time to complete applications or the FAFSA form prior to this date. Students should see their counselor with any questions.
