WLHS Strength & Conditioning Summer Program

This summer WLHS is offering an 8-week summer strength and conditioning program to train athletes of all sports to become more explosive while helping them to prevent injuries. The program is directed by the new Strength & Conditioning Coach, Mr. Matt Zeitler ('14). He will be assisted by several coaches from a variety of athletic teams. Program dates run Tuesday, May 31-Friday, August 5. To register click here. The schedule is as follows:
Boys Weight Lifting:
Monday: 8:00-9:00 a.m.
Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00-10:00 a.m.
Boys Speed Training:
Monday: 9:00-9:30 a.m.
Wednesday: 8:30-9:00 a.m.

Girls Lifting & Speed Training:
Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.        
Friday: 10:00-11:30 a.m.
