Softball Ks Cudahy, Stays Unbeaten
The girls softball team improved to 3-0 on the season with a 9-0 shutout win at Cudahy on Monday afternoon. Sydney Vitangcol dominated the proceedings in the circle. She went the distance, pitching seven innings and recording all 21 of her outs via strikeout. She allowed just three hits and a pair of walks.
Vitangcol also helped her cause at the plate with a 2-5, 2 RBI performance. She was one of three Vikings with a multi-hit day. Chloe Koschnitzke went 2-3 with a walk and also drove in a pair of runs. Sofia Schroeder rapped out a couple of hits in five plate appearances and scored twice. And Maraihya Brown delivered a pinch-hit, two-run single in the 7th to cap the Wisco scoring.
The unbeaten Vikings travel to Greendale on Thursday, April 14 for a 4:30 contest with the Panthers.
