Incoming 9th Graders - Athletic Participation Requirements
Per the WIAA, all Wisconsin Lutheran High School athletes must complete the following athletic registration process prior to participating in athletics:
- The student must have a current Physical Clearance Form on file signed by a doctor no less than every other school year. The physical examination must be dated April 1, 2021 or later in order to participate in a sport for the 2022-2023 school year.
- A parent or guardian must complete the online registration. Please note that the online registration is an annual requirement and opens up on June 1.
Allow three school days for the registration to be processed. Once processed, you will receive a final clearance email which can be given to the athlete's coach prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.
