Last year, Counselors from Christian Family Solutions (CFS) taught a unit on resiliency skills to our juniors in their theology classes. We are grateful to have them return this year to instruct a new class of juniors. Resilience is the ability to adapt successfully to challenging experiences by applying specific mental and emotional strategies. Taught from a Christian perspective, those strategies include prayer, the application of God’s Word and finding support from fellow Christians. The resiliency skills unit is another part of our partnership with CFS.
