First year Spanish students are starting off semester two by diving into authentic texts written entirely in Spanish. Yana Puryear ('26) (pictured) enjoys one of the several new literary selections the World Languages Department has adopted this year. With careful choosing, students are encouraged to discover how much they are able to understand so early on in their language studies!
