MPCP & WPCP Open Enrollment
2023 Open Enrollment starts on Wednesday, February 1, and is for all families wishing to utilize the Milwaukee (MPCP) or Wisconsin (WPCP) Parental Choice Program for the 2023-24 school year.

Steps for returning and new MPCP families:
1. Complete the MPCP application via the DPI website here
2. E-mail your proof of residency to the WLHS Choice Administrators
• Please do not come into school
• E-mail documents to choice@wlhs.org
• To see a list of acceptable documents click here
• PLEASE NOTE: If a new Choice applicant to WLHS already has a sibling CURRENTLY attending WLHS through the Choice Program, please disclose this information in the email body that you send.
3. Make sure this process is completed by Monday, February 20
4. Note: a confirmation E-mail will be sent to you from the WLHS Choice Administrators upon completion of this process.
