Morning Assembly: Anxiety and Depression in Teens

On February 21, WLHS students gathered for the third of four assemblies that address topics relevant to the challenges teens face. This quarter's topic was anxiety and depression in teens caused specifically by school-related stressors. Pastor Huebner led an opening devotion. Three student speakers shared their insights and experiences as well as coping strategies they have learned.

Guest speaker, Dr. Casey Holz, is a licensed practising psychologist and associate professor of psychology at Wisconsin Lutheran College.
