Caring 4 Seniors
Students in the Chick-fil-A Leader Academy recently organized a community impact project called "Caring 4 Seniors." The students organized and recruited peers to volunteer at a senior-living community called The Village at Manor Park (VMP) in West Allis. Forty-three students participated in six visits at VMP by playing games, participating in music therapy sessions, and spending time conversing with residents. Several students are making plans to volunteer regularly at VMP in the future.
Chick-fil-A Leader Academy is a WLHS student leader development organization sponsored by local Chick-fil-A store owner/operator Jim Fraisier.
