2017-18 Re-enrollment Information

Wisconsin Lutheran High School has again partnered with Smart Tuition to service your tuition account in the 2017-2018 school year.

A non-refundable tuition down payment of $200 is required to re-enroll your child(ren) for the 2017-2018 school year. This does not apply to MPCP/WPCP students. An invoice from Smart Tuition for this tuition down payment was sent via E-mail on February 16. The payment must be received by March 15, 2017 to reserve your child’s seat for the upcoming year and ensure course scheduling priority.
Your log in for Smart Tuition will remain the same. However, please be aware that your account number has changed slightly in the 2017-18 year to account for the change in school years. A middle digit will change. For example, if your family identification number was 1332216009876, it will become 1332217009876. If you are using an online bill pay service or mail your own checks, you will need to update that information in order to post payments to the correct year. You will see a toggle on the parent website that will allow you to switch from school year to school year.

As always, if you have any questions regarding your account, you can contact Smart Tuition at their toll free parent contact center at 888-868-8828. You can also view your online account here.

We are estimating that the cost to provide a high quality high school education will be $12,520 per student. Through the generosity of many dedicated donors and supporters of our school, gifts are projected to be $1,020 per student bringing our non-conference rate to $11,500. Our conference congregations and their members support the ministry of the high school by providing us with our wonderful campus and yearly financial support that is projected to be $2,800 per student. Thus our 2017-2018 tuition rate for conference students is $8,700.

After April 1, families may log in to their Smart Tuition account to view an itemized list of credits that reduce the amount of tuition through scholarship awards, tuition assistance grants, and SCRIP program rebates. Tuition assistance applications were processed from families that applied by the Tuesday, February 28 deadline and provided the required documentation to Smart Aid. Late submissions will be processed and posted on Friday, May 31, although grant awards will not be as generous.

If the Lord has blessed you with the financial resources, we ask you to prayerfully consider making a donation to cover the difference between the cost of educating your student and the actual tuition that you were billed. If you are not able to make a contribution for the full difference, any amount you are able to contribute will enable the high school to continue to expand its high quality academic programs. Visit our giving web page here.

Again we look forward to serving your family for the upcoming 2017-18 school year. May the Lord continue to be with you and sustain you in your commitment to provide a quality Christian education for your son or daughter. The faculty and administration of WLHS are excited to be partners with you.
