Welcome Pastor Doebler
We warmly welcome Pastor Brian Doebler to our theology department! A native of the greater Chicago area, he is a graduate of Shoreland Lutheran High School, Martin Luther College, and Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. His first call into the ministry was to serve as a missionary in Santa Ana, Calif., working with Pan de Vida Lutheran Church. The Lord's path led him next to Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Richland Hills (Fort Worth), Texas.
Prior to coming to Wisconsin Lutheran High School, he most recently served as the pastor of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Redding, California. Pastor Doebler is currently teaching Heritage of Our Faith and Living Christianity. He will also be coaching girls' soccer in the spring. Pastor Doebler's missionary and parish ministry experience and insights will be of benefit to our students and faculty. His wife, Jessica, is an alum of WLHS. They have been blessed with four children: Eva, Mia, Joel, and Kira who all attend St. John Lutheran School, Milwaukee. We welcome the Doeblers to Wisco!
