Nazil A. (senior from Urumqi, China) shares her take on the Winter Festival traditions at Wisco . . .
"The Winter Festival of 2017 was awesome!
This is a school tradition that is very similar to Homecoming which girls can ask their male friends to participate together in the dance. It was a very fun night, and I enjoyed it a lot. But, I did not go with a date because it is also very fun to go just with a group of friends and dance together. If you do not like to dance, it okay; you can still come, and there will be snacks and drinks provided to just sit down and socialize with each other.
This is a great chance to just relax from all the school works and just have fun with our friends. I am so glad that there are activities like this in Wisconsin Lutheran High School."
