Thank you for your interest in submitting an application for international admissions at Wisconsin Lutheran High School!
After creating an account at the link above, you will receive an email with a link to create a password for your account. Once your account is created, please remember the username and password to re-enter your account and do not create a new account. Complete the online application and upload the supporting documents listed below. Supporting documents can be added at any time simply by returning to your account and uploading them.

Copy of passport photo page

Step #2

School transcripts (list of courses and grades achieved) from the past three years

Step #3

Two teacher recommendations (download below):

Principal/Headmaster Recommendation
English Teacher Recommendation

Step #4

English proficiency test results such as ELTiS, SLEP, TOEFL, TOEFL Junior, iTEP, IELTS. (If you don't have this, please discuss with the admissions counselor as there are other ways to assess English level.)

Financial proof of ability to pay costs of program and living expenses
Upon completion of the application, you may be contacted for an interview with the WLHS admissions staff.
