NEW GoKid Carpool Solution
We are excited to announce a new parent resource that will be available to all WLHS families for the 2023-24 school year called GoKid Carpool, a mobility solution to our school parents who are driving students to/from school and co-curricular activities. Features include: (basic options) shared schedules, automatic reminders, route optimization, family accounts, connection with TeamSnap/SportsEngine, and (pro options) live tracking, connections with Google calendar, in-app chat. A launch E-mail was sent out on Monday, July 31, welcoming you to the school carpool program, which enables you to set up your school account. If you prefer to OPT OUT of this new resource, please complete the form by Thursday, August 3 that was referenced in the E-mail you received. If you do not OPT OUT, expect an E-mail from the GoKid carpooling solution on Monday, August 7.
We are hopeful that this new resource will help alleviate some of the travel stress and inconvenience that is sometimes caused by before school drop off and after school pick up, sports practices, fine arts rehearsals, and any number of other co-curricular activities.
