Welcome Mr. John Sebald
WLHS is pleased to welcome Mr. John Sebald ('81) as our Chief Development Officer. His father, Mr. Walter Sebald, taught at WLHS for 36 years. Mr. Sebald brings many years of mission advancement experience and a degree in Master of Arts in Philanthropy and Development. He has 33 years of ministry experience in the areas of education, servant-leadership, strategic planning, marketing, and communication with 19 years ministry experience in fund development.
Mr. Sebald was the founding principal of Zion Lutheran School in Osceola, WI, he served as Director of Admissions for Educational Studies at Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN, and Director of Development at Evergreen Lutheran High School in Des Moines, WA. While at Arizona Lutheran Academy in Phoenix, AZ, Mr. Sebald fulfilled many roles including Director of Development, Principal, and President. His most recent position was Director of Mission Advancement for Truth in Love Ministry in Nampa, ID. We are happy to have Mr. Sebald's vast experience and knowledge back at Wisco.
