A non-refundable Enrollment Fee of $200 per student is required to reserve your child's seat for the upcoming school year and to ensure course scheduling priority. The enrollment fee does not apply to MPCP or WPCP students. The due date for the enrollment fee is either Monday, April 1 or Sunday, April 15, depending on which payment date you have selected. There is a new process that is being implemented by Smart Tuition this year and has delayed this notification. We are currently working with Smart Tuition on testing the new process and instructions will be emailed when we are ready to move forward, anticipated for next week. Payments can be made by credit card or electronic check to Smart Tuition either online or over the phone. Payments can also be mailed to Smart Tuition, but allow ample time (10 days) for payments to be received and recorded.
Families that applied for tuition assistance or scholarships by the February 28 due date are reminded that grants will be posted to accounts beginning Monday, April 1, 2019. If your Tuition Assistance application was submitted after February 28, please allow extra time for grants to be posted.
