A non-refundable Enrollment Deposit of $200 per student is required by March 31 to reserve your child's seat for the upcoming school year and to ensure course scheduling priority. This $200 is part of your child's total tuition for the school year, not an additional fee. The enrollment fee does not apply to MPCP students or returning WPCP students. If you have applied for WPCP and are awaiting the lottery results, you must pay the $200 enrollment deposit. If you are chosen for WPCP, your $200 will be refunded. The enrollment deposit is due at the time you submit your enrollment contract by electronic check or credit card. Regular monthly payments are due on the 1st or 15th dependent on what is chosen in the contract. Monthly payments can be made in person at WLHS (cash or check), via electronic check or credit card in your Smart Tuition account through OnCampus, or over the phone with Smart Tuition (888-868-8828).
Families that applied for tuition assistance or scholarships by the due date are reminded that grants will be posted to accounts beginning Monday, March 16. If your Tuition Assistance application was submitted after January 31, please allow extra time for grants to be posted.
