This summer WLHS is offering an 8-week summer strength and conditioning program to train athletes of all sports to become more explosive while helping them to prevent injuries. The program is directed by the new Strength & Conditioning Coach, Mr. Matt Zeitler ('14). He will be assisted by several coaches from a variety of athletic teams.
