International Mission Trips Sharing the Gospel
A unique opportunity that students have at Wisco is to participate in gospel outreach efforts on mission trips at a variety of domestic and international sites. On these trips, students often provide support for Vacation Bible School, sports camps, or other outreach efforts for mission groups. The first two international trips have taken place in Thailand assisting Promise Lutheran Church and the Thai Village, and the Central Africa Mission and Lutheran Medical Mission Clinic in Africa.
In addition to mission work, the teams have a chance to explore and immerse themselves in the culture of the area. All international and domestic mission trips are funded by fundraising efforts of the participating students, and chaperoned by WLHS faculty and staff.
