Student Success Center

The former Extended Learning Center expanded its scope for the 2023-24 school year and now is in a new location and has launched a new name. The Student Success Center (SSC) can be found in the library in what was the former Stewards Lab. The SSC opens its doors to all students and operates as a part of Student Services. The SSC is designed to serve and support ALL students at WLHS. It will serve as the testing center for students with excused absences that need to take make-up assessments. In addition, the center is also available to help specific students who may have individual learning needs. The Student Success Center is staffed by two special education teachers, Mr. Randall Strutz and Mrs. Liz Koester, and two additional support staff, Mr. Kenton Fabian and Mrs. Stephanie Lamas.
