Vuntivity @ Soles for Jesus

I took the boys to Soles for Jesus, a wonderful non-profit in Milwaukee that collects used shoes and then sends them to Africa. The boys who came worked really hard and maybe left a bit more grateful for what they have. In the Student Homes we really try to give our students opportunities to serve. So the House Parents (HPs) and I plan Vuntivities (volunteer activities) where the students can take a break from being served and do some serving. Because we want to model our Servant King who "did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." (Matthew 20:28)
