New Course Offering for 2023-24: AP Spanish Language & Culture
Beginning in the 2023-24 school year, the World Languages Department will offer a new course: Advanced Placement Spanish Language and Culture. Students in this course will have the opportunity to better prepare themselves to study and pursue degrees in Spanish-related fields in college. The course will involve engaging literature, music and other media, writing, conversation, and cultural studies and experiences.
While developing their abilities to communicate and better understand the language and cultures, students will take to heart the fact that being bilingual enables us to even further serve God and others in a plethora of ways in this world and even in our own community. For some students, we never know if that might even be sharing the Gospel of Jesus as bilingual pastors, teachers, or missionaries someday!
