Blessing of the Flag
On October 5, Ty-Amaru (Amaru) Mazibuko (’24) carried the flag of South Africa in our annual blessing of the flag ceremony during chapel. Amaru is the first student from South Africa to attend Wisco. WLHS Conference President Rev. Dr. Ken Fisher blessed the flag.
We now have 49 flags hanging in our atrium. These flags represent our past and present students' countries of origin. They remind us that we are a Great Commission school. Welcome, Amaru!
