Hahm Places Fourth at Individual State

Viking senior Isaiah Hahm won a sectional title in the 285 pound weight class. He advanced to Individual State at the Kohl Center in Madison and received a bye in the first round of competition. He dropped the quarterfinal match but bounced back to win his next match on Saturday morning, 8-4. In a tightly contested third-place match, Hahm lost 3-2 in overtime to Mitchell Potratz of Omro to place fourth in state competition. Hahm concludes this portion of the season with a record of 36-14. He will compete with the rest of the Wisco squad at the Team State competition at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 2.
