Thank you to our Wisco Teachers!

Teacher Appreciation Week this year is on May 4-8. During the transition to virtual learning, our teachers have maintained a positive outlook and kept Christ in all we do. Our teachers care and pray for your children on a daily basis. Click here to see a video from students and the Board of Directors, thanking teachers for their ministry.
  • Did you know that Principal Leyrer sent out a list of seniors to our faculty and staff, asking for volunteers to individually deliver yard signs to each household, and within minutes of sending the sign-up sheet, over 150 students already had a volunteer teacher willing to hand deliver yard signs?
  • Did you know that another teacher with a young family makes himself available to his students from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and grades from 8 to 11 p.m. every night while also parent-teaching his own kiddos?
  • Did you know that an Advanced Placement teacher called every single one of his students to talk them about what the virtual AP test will look like, to make sure students are fully prepared to excel on this assessment?
  • Did you know that our Athletic Director left the football lights and scoreboard on one night to honor our spring athletes?
Thank you for investing the time in helping your teen succeed with virtual learning and for advocating for their success. You are catching a glimpse of what teachers experience on a daily basis.
