Our Hands For His Service Shares Blessings
Once again, the Lord blessed Our Hands for His Service (OHFHS) mission efforts this year. A year of student-driven fundraising events, work days, and offerings brought in $24,148.97 under the theme "Hand in Hand with Haiti." Click here to watch the OHFHS reveal video. Proceeds will support Branch Lutheran Schools in Haiti, which includes eight orphanages and three WELS grades schools. Branch Lutheran serves more than 900 orphans and local students by providing shelter, education, and the gospel.
A big thank you to our conference elementary schools who, at this time, have contributed $3,264.64 to the total. Despite the unique circumstances at the end of the school year, students found the motivation, energy and resources to donate such a gift to Branch Lutheran Schools. God be praised.
