Apprenticeships in the Trades

The United States’ need for workers in the trades right now is critical. Wisco's Trade and Technology department is grateful for the chance to help meet the demand. Every semester, representatives from the various trades speak to our woods, metals and other trade and tech classes about internship opportunities. Recently, Shaun Coats from Millwrights (factory and plant machines) and Piledrivers (excavation machinery) met with our students to share how they can get a jump on a career in the trades while still in high school. Through Wisco classes, our students develop God-given talents for these vital trades.
