Blue Dukes Pull Away in Regionals

The girls basketball team concluded its season with a 54-45 loss at Whitefish Bay in the regional semifinals. The Lady Vikings trailed by five at halftime and stayed within striking distance of the Blue Dukes for most of the way before the hosts pulled away down the stretch. 

Jayla Rankin led the team with 16 points. The evening marked the final game at WLHS for seniors Grace Frey, Malia Lee (four points) and Sydney Mueller (eight points).
