Golfers Improve to Third at Mini-Meet
The varsity golf team placed third at Wednesday's Woodland Conference Mini-Meet, improving one slot from earlier in the week. The squad finished ahead of Greendale, Pius XI, and New Berlin Eisenhower.
Sam Olson shot 40 on the New Berlin Hills course, making him the low scorer for the Vikings and the runner-up for event medalist. Tim Valerio shot 50, Seth Ristow shot 53, and Bryce Frey shot 55 to round out the scoring.
The team heads to another mini-meet on Tuesday, May 4, at Whitnall Park.
