Pacers Take Game Two

Shoreland Lutheran overcame an early deficit to capture a ragged matinee game and earn a split of a doubleheader with the Vikings. The Pacers prevailed by a score of 10-8.

The two teams combined to walk 18 batters, hit six more, and commit six errors in the field. Wisco jumped out to a 6-0 lead thanks to a five-run second inning, but could not hold on. Shoreland scored in each of the next four innings to pull ahead 10-6. The Vikings scored a pair of runs in the 7th and brought the tying run to the plate with two outs, but could not cash in.

Ethan Muma drove in two runs to lead Wisco. Cody Weber, Logan Abramowski, and Tyler Danko also collected RBIs. The Vikings close out the regular season on Monday, when they host Milwaukee Lutheran at the WLC fields.
